Mr. Goldstein was elected our President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chairman of the Board, and a director in March 2001.
In 2003, Mr. Goldstein was appointed to the Governing Committee of the New York Auto Insurance Plan by Superintendent Serio. Continuing to serve in 2004, he is a member of the Finance and I.T. Committees. In addition, Mr. Goldstein was elected, in 2003 to his second term as Secretary of the Insurance Premium Finance Association of New York.
Prior to joining DCAP, Mr. Goldstein was President of Atlantic Insurance, which operates insurance agencies in Pennsylvania, Atlantic Insurance Agency is now owned by DCAP Group.
From 1984 to 1994, Mr. Goldstein was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Roosevelt Raceway, Inc. Since 1982, he has served as President of Stone Equities, a consulting firm.
Mr. Goldstein received his B.A. and M.B.A. from State University of New York at Buffalo, and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1979.
He is a member of the AICPA and NYSSCPA. He has been married to Lauren since 1979, and has two children.
